You can specify how far back you want to search in your personal settings for each query. You can modify the start time and end time of events to only search for events during this time frame.

- Get all the events for your domain within a time scope.

If you know the time scope, domain of the edited objects, or want to restrict your searches to users in a specific domain you can fine tune your search.
